Kaydee is a Fire Safety Site Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience working across the built environment. She holds an undergraduate degree in Building Surveying and a Master’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering, providing a strong technical and academic foundation for her work in fire safety and building compliance.
Kaydee’s professional background includes Building Surveying, Building Control, Maintenance Surveying, Clerk of Works, and Fire Surveying, with the last five years focused specifically on fire safety roles. Her experience allows her to take a holistic approach to buildings, combining construction knowledge with fire risk and regulatory understanding.
She has extensive experience carrying out EWS1 and FRAEW assessments and producing detailed reports, alongside condition, quality, and internal reports. Kaydee’s work supports informed decision making, risk management, and effective remediation planning across residential and commercial buildings.
Kaydee is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE), having held chartered status since 2018. Her designation reflects her professional competence, commitment to best practice, and continued development within the fire safety and building engineering disciplines.
