Luke is an Associate Fire Engineer at Joule Group and leads our teams in the Middle East. He has delivered fire strategies and fire engineering solutions for a wide range of projects throughout the region including large scale retail, mixed-use, masterplanning and infrastructure, high-end residential and super-high-rise towers.
Luke specializes in fire strategy development for large, complex projects, and uses the application of performance-based design to enhance safety, efficiency, and safeguard the project’s flexibility throughout its lifecycle.
Luke holds Bachelor’s and Masters Engineering degrees from Dublin City University and is a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE).
