Paul is a Site Surveyor at Joule Group with nine years’ experience in surveying, including the last four years working directly within fire safety and fire engineering. He brings strong technical knowledge and hands-on project delivery experience across both residential and commercial sectors.
Paul has successfully project managed a wide range of schemes, from delivering PAS 9980 fire risk appraisals of external wall construction and developing EWS1 remedial scopes, through to undertaking site monitoring during the RIBA Stage 5 construction phase. His role regularly involves coordinating stakeholders, overseeing works on site, and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and project requirements.
Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (ACABE) and the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (AIFSM), reflecting his professional competence and commitment to best practice within the built environment and fire engineering disciplines.
