The Canary Club

The Canary Club is a restaurant located in the Banyan Trees Residence, Dubai. The upscale food and beverage venue is located in a refurbished building which changed in use from an office space, needing upgrades to meet the requirements of the new use. Featuring multiple floors and a rooftop area, the building provides a multi-venue hospitality offer to visitors.

Project Delivery

Joule Group provided fire life safety strategy consultancy services to support the client with fire engineering design. The project had multiple features which required fire engineering considerations including unique means of egress, open areas, and the requirements of a change of use.

Joule Group provided a bespoke fire safety strategy and escape strategy to the restaurant fit-out project and ultimately obtained DCD approval for this unique food and beverage experience venue.
